SmileBack is a customer satisfaction app made to improve the communication between companies and their customers. I was asked to redesign the old corporate identity and content of the company as well as their new marketing website.

To make the transition between ‘old’ and ‘new’ smooth I decided to keep some of the preexisting elements like the two main colours and the original typography in the new brand identity. The color palette was enriched with gradients and new tones of purple and greys. Many illustrations were included in the new website to give a fresh and friendly feeling to its users.

The new responsive website guides users through their discover into the product with clearness and simplicity. A prototype was built in Invision to test navigation and functionality with client and developers before launching the final website on the web.
